1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
   1.1. The website www.swissshop.bg, hereinafter referred to as the “ONLINE STORE”, is operated by “D5 Invest” Ltd., UIC 208030410, with registered office and address: Sofia, 14 Chumerna St., hereinafter referred to as the “SUPPLIER”, operating under the trade name “La Petite Suisse”.
   1.2. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the SUPPLIER and the users of the ONLINE STORE, hereinafter referred to as “CLIENTS”.
   1.3. These Terms are binding for all CLIENTS.
   1.4. Any use of the ONLINE STORE constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
   1.5. The SUPPLIER may modify these Terms at any time, with changes taking effect upon publication on the website.

2. DEFINITIONS
   2.1. Client – any person using the ONLINE STORE, including browsing, registering or purchasing.
   2.2. Buyer – a person aged 18 or over who has entered into a distance sales contract.
   2.3. Contract – a distance sales contract between the SUPPLIER and the BUYER.
   2.4. User account – a section containing CLIENT data for order processing and communication.
   2.5. Price – the listed price in EUR including VAT unless stated otherwise.
   2.6. Business day – Monday to Friday excluding public holidays in Bulgaria.
3. USE OF THE ONLINE STORE
   3.1. CLIENTS may browse products, prices and place orders.
   3.2. Orders may be placed with or without registration.
   3.3. CLIENTS must provide accurate information.
   3.4. The ONLINE STORE may not be used unlawfully or abusively.
   3.5. The SUPPLIER may change products, prices and availability at any time.
   3.6. Product information may contain errors.
   3.7. Images are illustrative.
   3.8. Products are available while stocks last.
   3.9. External links are not the responsibility of the SUPPLIER.
   3.10. The SUPPLIER does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the website.
4. ORDERS AND CONTRACT
   4.1. Orders are placed via the shopping cart process.
   4.2. Adding items to the cart does not reserve them.
   4.3. The CLIENT agrees to be contacted regarding the order.
   4.4. The SUPPLIER may refuse orders in case of failed payment, incorrect data, lack of stock or suspected misuse.
   4.5. The contract is concluded after order confirmation and successful payment.
   4.6. An order is accepted after email confirmation by the SUPPLIER.
5. PAYMENT
   5.1. Prices are in EUR including VAT.
   5.2. Payment is made via virtual POS of DSK Bank.
   5.3. Cash on delivery and bank transfer are not accepted unless stated otherwise.
   5.4. Payments are secure via bank systems.
   5.5. Card data is not stored.
   5.6. Failed payments may lead to order cancellation.
   5.7. Payments may be processed in BGN equivalent at bank exchange rate.
6. DELIVERY
   6.1. Delivery is made to address or courier office.
   6.2. Delivery cost is shown before payment.
   6.3. Free delivery in Bulgaria over 100 EUR up to 7 kg.
   6.4. Free delivery to Romania over 200 EUR up to 7 kg.
   6.5. Other cases are calculated at checkout.
   6.6. Delivery time depends on availability and courier.
   6.7. CLIENT must inspect goods upon receipt.
   6.8. The SUPPLIER is not liable for incorrect delivery details.
   6.9. Exact delivery time is not guaranteed.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
   7.1. CLIENT has the right to withdraw within 14 days.
   7.2. Exceptions include perishable goods, unsealed goods, custom products, mixed goods, alcohol under legal restrictions, and products with price fluctuations beyond control.
   7.3. Withdrawal must be communicated to the SUPPLIER.
   7.4. Refunds are issued within 14 days.
   7.5. Refund may be delayed until goods are returned.
   7.6. Return costs are borne by the CLIENT.
   7.7. Goods must be returned unused and in original condition.
8. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS
   8.1. Promotions may be offered under specific conditions.
   8.2. Promotions are time-limited or while stocks last.
   8.3. The SUPPLIER may modify promotions.
   8.4. Discount codes are applied at checkout.
   8.5. If order value drops below free shipping threshold, delivery is charged.
   8.6. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
   8.7. Promotions cannot be combined unless stated.
9. ALCOHOL SALES
   9.1. Alcohol is sold only to persons aged 18+.
   9.2. By ordering, CLIENT confirms age.
   9.3. Applies also to recipient.
   9.4. Delivery may be refused; ID may be required.
10. FORCE MAJEURE
    10.1. Neither party is liable for force majeure.
    10.2. Force majeure is an unforeseeable event beyond control.
    10.3. If lasting over 14 days, contract may be terminated.
11. TERMINATION
    11.1. The contract ends upon fulfillment, agreement, withdrawal or impossibility.
12. PERSONAL DATA
    12.1. Data is processed for orders, delivery and legal obligations.
    12.2. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
13. FINAL PROVISIONS
    13.1. Invalid clauses do not affect others.
    13.2. Bulgarian law applies.
    13.3. Disputes are resolved amicably or by competent authority.

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    15.1. The SUPPLIER is not liable for downtime, technical issues, courier delays or visual differences.

16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
    16.1. All website content is property of the SUPPLIER or licensed.
    16.2. It may not be used without written consent.
17. LANGUAGE PRIORITY
    17.1. In case of discrepancies between Bulgarian and English versions, the Bulgarian version prevails.
18. COOKIES
    18.1. The website uses necessary cookies for functionality, sessions and security.
    18.2. The website also uses analytical cookies such as Google Analytics to improve user experience.
    18.3. Analytical cookies are used only after explicit consent.
    18.4. CLIENT may refuse analytical cookies by selecting “Reject” in the cookie banner.
